In the market (bazaar), many sellers offer a lower price because they slaughter 6–7 month old baby goats which are NOT eligible for Qurbani according to Islamic Shariah. A goat must be at least 1 year old (Do-Dant — with 2 permanent teeth) to be valid for Qurbani. When eligible animals are available in the market, sacrificing a younger underage animal is not correct and the Qurbani will not be valid.
This is exactly why some bazaar sellers can offer cheaper rates — they use smaller, underage goats. We will never do this. We guarantee 100% that every goat we purchase is at least 1 year old, properly eligible, healthy, and meets all Islamic Shariah requirements.
